Mind-Body-Food is my baby—and like all babies, it is growing. Its roots trace back to a newsletter called Brain Food, which sparked something in me: a desire to create something nourishing, practical, and heartfelt.​ But most of all, I love connecting with people—sharing ideas that are both mindful and useful. This newsletter was born to do just that.

My vision is to reach people everywhere—to offer thoughtful, nourishing insights that travel from head to heart to the soles of your feet. I want to spread positive, practical thoughts, practices, and grounded ideas that speak to anyone trying to make sense of life in a beautifully complex world.
